My name is Victor Schweers, Manager Business IT, and I have been working at Farm Frites for six years. I enjoy active travel, dining out with friends and family, and running in nature with my dog.
How did you start working at Farm Frites?
I joined Farm Frites thanks to an old classmate. He told me that this role would be a perfect fit for me, and so it happened.
How would you describe your job?
As Manager Business IT, I lead an international team that ensures our colleagues, both in the office and in the factory, can carry out their work without worries. I focus on stability while introducing innovation where needed.
What does your ideal workday look like?
For me, an ideal workday is all about the right balance: being able to concentrate on work, having some variety, taking breaks, enjoying friendly interactions with colleagues, and working on meaningful tasks.
What personal and professional growth opportunities have you experienced at Farm Frites?
Although Farm Frites has guidelines in place, there is plenty of room for independence in exploring and improving processes. This means every day can bring a new challenge.

How would you describe the people, atmosphere, and culture at Farm Frites?
At first, it may take some time to get used to all the new names, but that quickly fades thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere among colleagues. You quickly notice that everyone is engaged and enjoys collaborating, as if you are part of one big family.
What is your favourite Farm Frites memory?
Whenever there are major changes affecting the whole team, we fry fries together over the weekend.
