Farm Frites takes the development of its employees very seriously and has therefore facilitated a so-called ‘Training House’. This shows you which type of training you are eligible for in your new position. You can discuss your wishes relating to training with your manager. There are certain (legally obligatory) forms of training, function-specific training and training aimed at personal advancement. In addition to formal training, we consider it really important at Farm Frites that you learn while working: learning on the job. Depending on the nature of the position, you will be designated a manager with a coaching role or a practice supervisor.
