Sales Support Representative SA

Fulltime, location in Bangkok

Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realize our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Support Representative.

Your role

In the role of Sales Support Representative you will be focusing on optimizing the performance of Sales. You will handle daily queries and ad hoc requests from customers in the SA areas and you will be focusing on optimizing the performance of Sales.

You will be working on (but limited to):

• Monitor and manage demand plan, ensuring shipment plan and delivery schudule.
• Support the sales team by coordinating orders, following up on customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Help organize and maintain current business by developing efficient systems and processes.
• Assist with other support roles as necessary, such as administrative tasks, data analysis, and report generation.
• Assist the sales team in successfully participating in annual trade events such as tradeshows and complete related follow-up work
• Stay close to the marketing department and actively cooperate with the sales team to participate in the formulation and execution of some marketing plans, and participate in subsequent analysis work
• Coordinating the relations with the customer

Your team

You will be part of our  Farm Frites South Asia team and will report to Sales Manager South Asia .

 Education and skills

• Bachelor degree or higher in business Administration  or related field  and minimum 3 years  work experience.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in multiple languages preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documenting data.
• Adept at problem-solving and finding creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
