Product Owner – Salesforce Implementation

40 hours per week, at the Oudenhoorn/Hellevoetsluis location

Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realise our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Product Owner – Salesforce Implementation.

Your role

Join our team as a Product Owner – Salesforce and take a leading role in the global implementation of Salesforce within our Commercial Excellence program at Farm Frites. As the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, you will define and prioritize product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure the development team delivers value that aligns with business goals and customer needs. This role requires effective communication of the product vision and roadmap to all stakeholders, contributing to change and communication initiatives related to Salesforce and other Commercial Excellence program activities.

And you will also be working on:

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with overall business objectives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and insights to shape the product roadmap.

Backlog Management:

  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories based on business value and customer impact;
  • Continuously assess and adjust priorities in response to changing market conditions or business needs;
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and other relevant documentation to guide development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements;
  • Facilitate communication and resolve any ambiguities or conflicts during development.

Requirements Definition:

  • Gather and document clear and comprehensive product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and relevant documentation;
  • Validate requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Ensure that requirements are clear, feasible, and aligned with the overall product strategy.

 Release Planning:

  • Plan and prioritize product releases, considering business priorities, technical constraints, and market needs;
  • Coordinate with the development team to define release scope and timelines.

User Feedback Integration:

  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to drive product improvements;
  • Incorporate user feedback into the development process, fostering a user-centric approach to product evolution.

Your team

You will be part of our Sales team and will report to the Commercial excellence & development manager.

Education and skills

  • Minimum HBO+ working and thinking level;
  • 3-5 years of Salesforce and Agile experience;
  • Proven track record in guiding internal teams and translating business requirements into technical user stories;
  • Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein, and CPQ modules;
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, Process Builder, Flows, Apex, and Visualforce;
  • Strong background in customer services domains, business analytics, CRM, and change management;
  • Ability to design business processes, manage change, and integrate systems;
  • Preferably certified as a Salesforce Administrator or Service Cloud Consultant.
