Farm Frites is looking for: Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at Farm Frites, you’ll work on the core application of our company and make a direct impact on our growth and sustainability.

Your role as Salesforce Business Analyst

You analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. You act as the link between IT and the business, helping teams work smarter and more efficiently. We recently implemented Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot), giving you a great opportunity to help shape its future from the ground up.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize processes in marketing, sales, and service;
  • Translate business needs into user stories, business cases, and acceptance criteria;
  • Advise on improvements and Salesforce possibilities;
  • Actively participate in agile/scrum teams;
  • Test solutions with key users and support adoption;
  • Serve as the bridge between business and IT.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst;
  • Affinity with CRM/ERP systems and experience with Salesforce and ITIL;
  • Knowledge of marketing, sales, and service processes is a plus;
  • A process-oriented mindset, result-driven and strong analytical skills;
  • Strong communicator in both Dutch and English; able to work cross-functionally;
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.

 What Farm Frites offers

  • Depending on your experience, a monthly gross salary between €4.522 and €7.781 (Farm Frites CLA scale 9–10, based on 40 hours/week);
  • Hybrid working possibilities, we’d love to tell you more;
