Farm Frites is looking for: Artwork Coordinator

Farm Frites is continuously moving to expand its global market position in the foodservice industry. To realize our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and driven Artwork Coordinator.

Your role:

The Artwork Coordinator is responsible for all activities needed from briefing to final product for product launch. The Brand team provides the design, and the Artwork Coordinator ensures that all information is included on the packaging and that the packaging is delivered on time for production. The Artwork Coordinator monitors the approval process to timely deliver packaging and items (SKUs) for production.

The tasks of an Artwork Coordinator consist of:

  • Creating artwork schedules, following up, and escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborating with various departments and external parties.
  • Working independently on packaging changes, streamlining, and supporting the Marketing team during product launches.
  • Processing and managing portfolio information in systems.
  • Identifying, elaborating, and implementing process improvements aimed at the development of artworks.
  • Coordinating cross-regional projects.

Your profile as an Artwork Coordinator:

  • Positive, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
  • MBO work and thinking level with a project-based administrative background.
  • Extensive work experience in project management, with a talent for bringing structure, planning, and organizing.
  • Well-developed communication skills; you enjoy interacting with both internal and external parties.
  • Flexibility; you adapt quickly and feel at home in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent command of the English language in both spoken and written form, Dutch is a plus.
  • Experience with various systems (such as MS Office, Artwork Approval software, and ERP)Affinity and experience with (Artwork) process optimizations.
  • Passion for fries and production processes.
