As a Salesforce Administrator, you are responsible for the optimal performance of the platform. You manage, improve, and professionalize our Salesforce environment, ensuring that users in sales, marketing, and customer service can work smarter and more efficiently. You translate business needs into solutions and elevate our digital capabilities.
You will be responsible for the daily management, optimization, and further development of our Salesforce platform. This includes working with Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud (Lightning), and Account Engagement (Pardot). Your role focuses on improving CRM processes for departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service, and helping colleagues use data more effectively.
Your responsibilities:
Manage users, data quality, and functionalities within Salesforce
Maintain dashboards, reports, and flows
Support business teams with smart CRM solutions
Advise on improvements and innovations within the platform
Translate insights into user stories and test scenarios (agile/scrum)
Test and document new features
Train and support key users across the organization
Higher professional education (HBO) level, preferably in IT or business administration
At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
Valid Salesforce Administrator certification (additional certifications are a plus)
Experience with Pardot and/or Manufacturing Cloud is an advantage
Familiarity with the agile/scrum methodology
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
Strong analytical skills, proactive, and customer-oriented
Depending on your experience and knowledge, a gross monthly salary between €4,170 and €6,671 (Farm Frites CAO scale 8 and 9, based on 40 hours per week);
8% holiday allowance and 24 vacation days, with the option to purchase extra days;
