We are looking for a:

Senior Trade Marketeer Thailand

40 hours per week, at our Bangkok location

Farm Frites is continuously working to expand its global position in the foodservice market. To support our growth ambitions in APAC, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Trade Marketeer.

About the role

In this role, you will define where and how we win in the market. You translate market insights, customer needs and product capabilities into clear channel strategies and compelling value propositions. You play a key role in strengthening our position across diverse foodservice segments and markets.

You will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Brand & Communication to create a strong and consistent go-to-market approach across APAC.

In this role, you will focus on:

• Defining and developing channel strategies across key foodservice segments (e.g. QSR, Casual Dining, Street Food)

• Translating market trends and customer insights into clear segment priorities and growth opportunities

• Building and maintaining product-market combinations (PMCs) tailored per channel

• Developing compelling, customer-centric value propositions and concepts

• Supporting Sales in positioning Farm Frites as a value-adding partner

• Driving activation plans (promotions, menu concepts, campaigns) for key accounts and segments

• Creating impactful sales tools and trade marketing materials to enable value-based selling

Your team

You will be part of the international APAC team and report to the relevant regional marketing lead. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, and Brand & Communication teams.

Education and skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Trade Marketing or Channel Marketing

• Experience in international B2B environments, preferably within foodservice

• Strong ability to translate insights into commercial propositions and concepts

• Proven experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Affinity with APAC markets is a strong plus
