Key Account Sales Manager in Vietnam & Cambodia

Farm Frites is continually working to expand its global position in the food service market. To help realize our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to expand our market in Vietnam & Cambodia.

Your role

In the role of Key Account Sales Manager, you will be focusing on optimising the performance of Sales, including sourcing new end users and business development ideas. You are responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of key end users for our sustainable business.

You will be

• Responsible for achieving sales targets/budgets.
• Developing business by sourcing new end users, new opportunities at existing accounts and business development ideas.
• Participating in resolving problems and to ensure customers receive high quality service.
• Developing customer retention and growth plans together with strategies for developing sustainable business with target end users.
• Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends.
• Independently handling complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Responsible for Distributor's performance and providing information on profile, work & not work, and opportunity for business review.

Your team

You will be part of our APAC Sales team and you will report to the Area Manager. Together with your colleagues in a pleasant, welcoming office environment, you will be working on furthering the growth of Farm Frites.

Education and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven working experience in food service segment with solid knowledge in managing local distributor.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnam and Cambodian market, including market trends, customer segments, and competitors.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and work within tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam and occasionally internationally as required.
• Basic Computer skill i.e. MS office
